New range of Russian UV gels

The company ruNail professional presents its brand-new exclusive domestic development – professional line of UV Gels. Drawing on years of experience in the nail service industry, taking into account all wishes and recommendations of masters and technologists, the company developed an ideal formula of gels.

All UV Gels are produced from the best Russian and European raw materials using the unique technology. Synthesis of urethane acrylate oligomers is performed in Russia, in Voronezh at the own laboratory under control of the company’s chemists and technicians as well as leading scientists of the Voronezh State University of Engineering Technologies (Specialized Department of Polymers) and research laboratory of Dzerzhinsk. The Design Office developed and created exclusive unprecedented pigment homogenization equipment especially for the production of camouflage gels.

Russian gels have a special formula which minimizes allergic reaction in masters and clients. Quality photo-initiators shed bright brilliant gloss on gels, due to photo-initiators gels do not cause burning sensation during polymerization in the lamp. Special pigments for camouflage gels are not subject to the process of syneresis – break of liquid and pigment, and precipitation. All that resulted in gel polymerization period reduction from 3-4 minutes, as before, to 1-2 minutes, depending on the lamp power. It is important for the master’s time-saving.

The manufacture of products in Russia according to the import substitution program substantially reduced the fixed raw materials purchasing value, transportation and customs expenses. All this had the most advantageous effect on the product price, which does not depend on the currency fluctuation any more. The gels are of ultra-high quality and are be affordability priced at the nail service market.

DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS OF NEW RUSSIAN GELS:

- Gels have ideal consistency, suitable for nail modeling

- Gels self-line along the nail bed and do not need long filing

- Gels have high adhesion degree which excludes peeling off

- Gels are appropriate for nail extension using shapes and tips

- Gels create forms perfectly and hold the arch even without clamps

- Gels hold bright brilliant gloss after removing the dispersion layer

- Gels do not go yellow and do not change color while wearing

- Gels have large-sized sawdust – like flakes without fine dust

- Gels provide “soft” and quick filing without undue effort

- Filing without dust reduces the likelihood of allergic reactions

- Gels quickly polymerize in UV-lamps 36 W and in new generation LED/UV lamps

- Gels do not cause burning sensation during polymerization in the lamp

- Gels do not have aggressive specific odor

- Gels are not subject to syneresis and pigment precipitation

One Phase UV Gels

Unique formula of Russian-made one phase gels is distinguished by no odor and large-sized sawdust without fine dust, resulting in significant reduction of allergic reaction likelihood. Gels combine 3 phases in one: base coat, modeling coat and top coat. They have ideal consistency, easily model nails, do not need long filing, hold the arch perfectly and do not go yellow while wearing. Gels have high adhesion degree, which excludes peeling off and chips. Gels hold bright satin gloss during the whole period of wearing. Do not cause burning sensation during polymerization in the lamp. Gels have adhered layer. Polymerization time in UV-lamp 36 W: base coat – 2 minutes, modeling coat – 2 minutes, top coat – 2 minutes. In powerful LED/UV lamps 48 W all gel coats polymerize within 30 seconds.

Camouflage UV Gels

Camouflage UV gels have all properties and advantages of one phase gels. They have ideal consistency, are easy to apply, do not flow, they are self-lining and easily model nails. Camouflage UV gels have large-sized sawdust without fine dust. An unrepeatable collection of elegant camouflage tints was specially designed taking into account wishes of clients. It is suitable for all skin shades. Gels perfectly hide small defects of a nail plate, give it natural even color and create natural beautiful nails. They are ideally suited for making classic French manicure. Gels hold shining brilliant gloss during the whole period of wearing. Gels are not subject to pigment precipitation. Gels quickly polymerize and do not cause burning sensation in the lamp. Gels has adhered layer.

Base UV gel

Base gel has characteristic liquid consistency. Due to the new formula the gel has high adhesion degree. It acts as “double-sided adhesive tape” and provides reliable coupling of natural nails with artificial coverings, prevents peeling off and chips, increases wearing time of gel nails. The gel quickly polymerizes and does not cause burning sensation in the lamp. It does not have aggressive specific odor. It is recommended to apply a thin layer of gel on the nail plate with a flat nail brush, as if rubbing. The gel has adhered layer. Polymerization time in UV-lamp 36 W – 1 minute. In powerful LED/UV lamps 48 W – 30 seconds.

TECHNOLOGY OF NAIL MODELING USING UV GEL (ONE PHASE SYSTEM)

Before starting work make sure that you clean and disinfect the manicuring tabletop, sanitize the instruments and disinfect your hands and hands of the client with cleanser Scrub Fresh.

1. Clean the cuticle around the nail, gently pushing it with a pusher or an orange wood stick. Buff the free nail edge with a file for natural nails (180/180 Grit). With the help of a buffer or a file for natural nails (180/180 Grit) easily puff the nail surface to remove the shine. Thoroughly brush the dust from the nail surface.

2. Put the form at the right angle so that it perfectly matches the free nail edge. Stick the form edges, it should be tightly fixed. Degrease the nail bed with nail degreaser Bond (art. no. 0103). Wait for some seconds till complete drying. Apply non-acid Primer (art. no.1372), dealing with problem nails (hyperhidrosis), for better coupling use Primer Strong (art. no.3139). Air dry the primer for 3-4 minutes.

3. Apply a thin first layer of one phase gel (art. no. 3443) on the nail with a brush, as if rubbing. Polymerize the gel in UV-lamp 36 W – 2 minutes, in LED/UV 48 W – 30 seconds. Polymerize the gel in UV-lamp 36 W – 2 minutes, in LED/UV 48 W – 30 seconds.

4. Put on the brush a medium-size drop of camouflage gel (art. no. 3454) and, leaving the distance of 1 mm to cuticle, shape the nail edge, building the apex point. Polymerize the gel in UV-lamp 36 W – 2 minutes, in LED/UV 48 W – 30-60 seconds. Take off the form, carefully pulling it down. Remove the adhered layer with a cloth moistened in nail cleanser Cleanser Plus (art. no. 0101).

5. Thin out lateral walls with a file (150/150 Grit). Keep the file at the angle 45º, parallel to the finger. File the cuticle area and lateral ridges. Give the free nail edge final form. Buff the nail, levelling small roughness and aligning the surface. Brush the dust from the nail surface. Degrease the nail with a cloth moistened in cleanser Scrub Fresh (art. no. 2386) or Cleanser Plus (art. no. 0101).

6. Apply a thin finishing layer of one phase gel (art. no. 3443) on the nail. Polymerize the gel in UV-lamp 36 W – 2 minutes, in LED/UV 48 W – 30-60 seconds. Remove the adhered layer with Cleanser Plus (art. no. 0101). Rub the cuticle oil into the cuticle.
